I understand that you can make $20-30 thousand a year with $5-10 thousand, but you can lose it, this is my first serious money, I don’t want to lose it, but invest in real estate, for example, and get a stable income, + maybe I’ll also succeed in real estate (this topic is interesting) I’ll gain experience, knowledge, then maybe I’ll switch to daily rent, and I’ll still sell / buy, I’ll make an agency, or something like that. I would be glad for any constructive answer, criticism, advice, I have few people to consult about this in life, only parents, but they are already aged, and they advise the 2nd option, they say that this is a good deed, if not enough, we will add , but I don’t want to take anything from them, and so they bought me an apartment, they made my life easier, no matter what I rented.
